All orders are generally dispatched in 1 to 2 business days and shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

• New Zealand - $25 flat rate
• All other countries - $40 flat rate

We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, so if you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help.

The majority of our clothing is pre-loved vintage. Every item is individually checked, cleaned and steamed before being sent out.

We carefully inspect each piece to ensure authenticity, checking tags, stitching, materials, graphics and other details.

Vintage clothing has usually been worn before, so signs of age and wear can be part of what makes a piece unique. Fading, distressing, small marks and other imperfections may be present on vintage items.

We photograph and mention any notable flaws in the product listing so you can see the condition before purchasing.

Vintage sizing can differ significantly from modern sizing. For this reason, we recommend using the measurements provided on each product listing rather than relying solely on the tagged size.

A great way to find your ideal fit is to measure a similar item you already own and compare it with our measurements.

Most sold-out pieces won’t be restocked. Vintage is largely one-of-one, so once a particular piece is gone, it’s usually gone for good.
